Joyce Li

Joyce Li is a senior Psychology major with a minor in Society and Genetics. Prior to being accepted into URSP, she was a research assistant in the Social Cognitive Neuroscience Lab. Her research project explores the neuroscience of human connection. She is interested in how artificial intelligence can be harnessed to make mental health support more accessible and improve health equity. Her passion for justice and advocacy stems from her experiences as a first-generation student. After graduation, Joyce plans on attending law school and examining health inequities from a legal perspective. Outside of research, Joyce enjoys dancing, hiking, and traveling.
