Campbell Martin

Campbell Martin is a fourth-year Political Science Major with an English minor and a Spanish minor. In his free time, he often competes in and teaches speech and debate with Model United Nations at UCLA. After graduation, Campbell intends to pursue a master’s degree in the hopes of one day joining the foreign service.

His research project concerns the rhetorical choices of populists Donald Trump and Hugo Chávez. Campbell hopes to discover patterns that arise in the writing strategies of each leader and whether those choices are consistent across platforms and/or any shared between both leaders.
