Savannah Desiree Lopez
Savannah Lopez is a Guatemalan-American third-year undergraduate Neuroscience major and Disability Studies minor. Her research project, in collaboration with Dr. Adriana Galvan, focuses on investigating familial relationships and patterns of anxiety in Latino adolescents. She will also incorporate a neuroscience perspective to observe neurological factors that contribute to anxiety in Latino youth. Through this project, she hopes to gain a more clear understanding of the role family dynamics play in mental health and learn what methods can help future Latino generations.
