Ho Yan Yip

She seeks to address and find methods to resolve the wage gap issues. She will be conducting her research by using Economic modeling and regression with data collected from labor markets. Ho Yan plans to pursue a PhD in Economics after graduating from UCLA as she hopes to give back to her community by educating other people and doing research as a professor.
