Anastacia Kellog
Anastacia Kellogg is a senior transfer English major with a minor in Literature and the Environment. She started conducting literary research while in community college and is now working on a 60-page thesis with an aim toward departmental honors. This current research is investigating the reversal of homecoming in L. Frank Baum's series of Oz books. Using historical context and identity-based schools of criticism, she is analyzing the role of individuality in constructing the Land of Oz as a home, as an uncivilization, and as a socialist utopian ideal.
