The Undergraduate Research Center for the Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences is committed to assisting our students with virtual support and resources.
ENROLLING IN SRP 99
Students may submit their SRP 99 contracts online using the MyUCLA Message Center. The submission deadline is 4:30 p.m. on Friday of week 2 each quarter.
Please follow the instructions below to submit your contract via the MyUCLA Message Center.
- Log in to MyUCLA
- Click on the yellow “Need Help?” button in the top right hand corner
- Click “Message Center”
- Click the green “Ask a Question” button
- Select “Topic” and type “Student Research Program” in the text field
- Type “SRP 99 Enrollment” in the Subject Line
- Attach a scanned copy or PDF of your signed SRP 99 contract
- Click “Send”
SRP 99 contracts must be physically or electronically signed. Faculty who are not able to physically or electronically sign contracts may email confirmation to the Undergraduate Research Center for the Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences at urhass@college.ucla.edu. The confirmation must include the student’s name, UID, and contract number.
ONLINE WORKSHOPS
All workshops and info sessions will be offered online during the winter quarter via Zoom. View our workshop schedule for dates, times, and links.
VIRTUAL ADVISING APPOINTMENTS
Although we cannot meet with you in person, we are ready to assist you remotely with advising appointments via Zoom (audio or video). 30-minute advising appointments with our Graduate Student Mentors are offered weeks 1-10 each quarter. Email urhass@college.ucla.edu to schedule an appointment.
TRAVEL GRANTS
Students presenting at virtual conferences can apply for a travel grant to cover their registration fees.
